For specific campaigns, a Solicitation Statement will be provided at the point of sale (e.g., on the Bumpsale checkout), detailing the exact amount or percentage of the purchase price that will be donated to the designated charity.
6.3 Payment Processing
Unless otherwise stated, payments are processed directly to the charity via Bumpsale/Stripe. Your contract for the digital content remains with ProsperaCore, while your donation is managed by the charity.
7. Service Agreements
Engagement of our consultancy and training services is subject to:

- Payment terms as outlined in individual service agreements

8. Payment and Fees
For services requiring payment:
- All fees are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated
- Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise

- Late payment may result in suspension of services and interest charges
- Refund policies will be outlined in specific service agreements
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund; cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable
Digital Content Waiver
By accessing or downloading digital content (including PDF courses and other digital products), you expressly consent to waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Regulations once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

In accordance with the Charities Act 1992, if you make a payment of £100 or more in response to a charitable solicitation, you have a statutory right to a refund/cancellation within 7 days by providing written notice to us.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your local courts, and these Terms will be governed by the law of that jurisdiction.
16. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for 30 days.
